I had never used Valvoline before. I tried them out because my normal place let me down one time too many. I'm so happy I tried this Valvoline. I had to visit them twice and had excellent customer service both times. I will definitely use this place whenever I have an issue they can solve.

My card wouldn't go through even though there was money on it and it was unlocked so they tried to charge my card five times and blamed it on me because it wasn't working. My bank even thought it was fraud because it was swiped so much.

Longer wait than related in the app. The app said 0-10 mins and my actual wait was about 40 mins. Staff did come out and inform med and others off wait time but once I pulled in wasn't able to leave and would not have pulled in if I had known that the wait time was 30 min or more, upon looking at app.

My local Valvoline on Hampton Avenue has always been a reliable, quick, and friendly facility to do business with both of my vehicles. Dakota, the manager, was informative as he explained how my AC recharge was done. Five starts to Dakota as well. I highly recommend the Valvoline at 4724 Hampton Avenue in Saint Louis, MO.

Had to wait 30 minutes due to their computer being down. Had to remind them to check tire pressure AFTER they rotated my tires. Then two days later when I tried to use the windshield washer fluid they DIDNT fill the fluid up. Now I have to go to Auto Zone and buy a gallon. Do NOT recommend!

I love taking my car here for an oil change! The employees are to the point and answer my questions. I get very friendly service and my oil is changed in less time than other places. I get told what my car needs on minor parts like wipers, fuel filter and etc. I recommend this place to even my family members.

The guys had overall attention to detail, and they worked to get the 4wd differential serviced - I was actually struck by the way they worked together on the 4wd. I think each of them had a piece of the answer and they worked together rather than gave it the ol' cynical who cares and kick me out of the stall. Good job, guys. And thank you.

Tech told me they were putting the oil pan cover back up. When I got home that night I saw something dragging the ground..yes my oil pan cover. Had to get up at 6:30 am on a Saturday to try and beat the line (unfortunately I still had one car in front of me..so 15 minute wait)...The tech apologized and I told them just take it off if the holes are now to big to secure the cover properly. The tech told me they were able to find larger screws and washers and the cover is now on securely. I am a tad nervous as I hope the "larger" screws do not cause an issue with something else. But they were nice and appears the problem is fixed. But still had to loss sleep and use gas to go back and get the issue fixed.
