Had me start my car with no oil in it. Realize there was no oil then put the oil in it no tire pressure check no wipers check I had to ask them to check the wipers. Nothing like it used to be. Not good. Also forgot to put the screw back in my oil cap cover. I had to remind him of that. Yes bad.

Very knowledgeable staff. Everything was explained to me and if I had a question, it was answered fully. I was shown the air filter and the cabin filter, so I knew they indeed needed changing. It wasn't an upsell. I highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change.

First day they did not have my oil filter, they said come in the evening when they get the new stock. I went there next day 11 am, stayed in line for 30 mins to find out they still didn't have the filter.

Put my old air filter back in upside down so my car sucked all that dirt into the engine. Car shut down to half power took it back into the valvoline and they told me they did not know the problem and i needed to take it to the dealer, which was closed on a Sunday afternoon my car needed to be towed to garage and fixed.
