I questioned your employee about my low tire pressure light still being on, and he said it would go off after driving for a while. It's still on. Either my tires weren't filled correctly, or I possibly have a slow leak. I would have thought that if I had a valve leak, your team would have caught it when they were filling my tires.

I've been going to Valvoline for years. I went to Hyundai and they said I had an existing oil leak. It didn't make sense to me because I went to Valvoline two days before I went to Hyundai. Not sure why Valvoline never catched it, even tho I've spoke about oil consumption to them for over a year.

Very very bad, I did fuel system and they lock my engine up, they took my vehicle to their expert and somehow fixed the engine but ticking sounds appeared, when told about it, manager told that it was there already, they are very big lair. I don't not recommend anyone Valvoline.

Good except that all my tires only had 27 lbs pressure and we had to take the car back in to another Valvoline location and have it adjusted. The people at the 2nd location in Pickerington were very quick and nice.

My 21-year-old daughter, trying to be helpful, took her vehicle in for an oil change. They ended up talking her into replacing the cabin air filter. With the receipt and coupon, the oil change and this unnecessary cabin filter totaled $182. A Bosch filter is only $17 on Amazon. I am very angry about the upsaling. My Mercedes oil change doesn't cost this much.

It was good until I noticed as I was driving away that they failed to change my windshield wipers out which were left on the windshield. I had to turn around and come back so they could take care of it. No discount was offered to me for the inconvenience. This kind of mishap tends to make an individual lose confidence in the services provided by Valvoline.
