They didn't properly install the oil filter, so i had oil inside the engine. They were friendly and fast but I would've rathered it be installed correctly and avoided damage.

Was told they were too busy to do my tire rotation. This was after they already started my oil change. I was told to come back tomorrow. They finally did it after I complained and complained. Never again will I use Valvoline Instant Oil Change!
