I didn't like anything about this experience, I sat there for almost 2 hours, very unorganized on how vehicles were taken in for service, I watched at least 4 vehicles show up long after I was in line and get serviced before me. I will never be using this facility again.

I was leaving on a trip Saturday and my ac stopped working on Friday. I just pulled in they charged my freon, flush fill antifreeze, I did an oil change. Took an hour then I was set to go. Very professional, they notify you what they are doing. Will return

Valvoline in Robinson pa was the best oil change please I have been to they are very nice quick at what they do, and have a lot of options to choose from, for maintaining your vehicle especially having a four-wheel-drive vehicle no appointment needed

The staff that did my oil change was very unpleasant. I had to ask them to check the air in the tires and they said they did add windshield washer fluid but when I got home it was almost empty. Which I had told them I was very low. Just very dissatisfied this time. Not the kind of service I usually get. Would have to rethink continuing to come here

I always have a really good experience at Valvoline. They are quick and efficient. My only complaint this time is that they would not honor one of my coupons because the bar code wouldn't load. In the past they have just manually entered it when that has occurred but this time refused. I thankfully had another coupon that did load all the way but it wasn't as good. Still would highly recommend them though for their quick service.

took someone in line before me; manager told them it was my turn but they didn't move me in, also, they did not have another oil filter for my vehicle, didn't offer to order one for me, but told me it needed one.
other then that, they were pretty "on point" with the rest of the stuff

I got my oil changed. I drove onto expressway and heard a dragging sound. I called and they told ne to safely drive back. They didnt bolt down the splash bucket under car. They fixed it but never apologized and when I asked if it was damaged Austin said yes the finish is scraped off from dragging. Never offered to replace it. I felt it shoukd have been since it was their error.

They changed the oil and oil filter and recommend that tires should not be rotated since the better tread is on the front ones. Other normal items were checked such as antifreeze, air filter, lights, brakes, inflation of tires, etc. No problems were found.

Tried to up sell so hard that they said wipers needed replaced a week after having new ones installed said oil was low after checking it with engine running and then said to change cabin filter too . They didnt even look at it first .ps car has just over 20000 miles on it. And just went thru an inspection last week where these issues minus oil change were addressed. Rude attitudes

They are always really nice and helpful at this location...service is always prompt and efficient. They also have several smart and knowledgable women employed there which is great for an auto place. They even taught me how to replace my air filter on this particular visit :) Great experience.

The service I received there was excellent. I was in and out of the facility in about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have used this facility for several years for oil changes, fluid replacement, and routine services. I have always been happy with the service I received and will return the next time I need service.

there was a girl working in the stall I was at. She took a long time servicing the car in front of me. 4 cars that came after me in different stalls were serviced before me. Maybe she was new but she didn't seem to be as active as the other techs. I was serviced much faster on previous visits.
