Workers were respectful and pleasant. However, not pleased with the so-called discount. I had a coupon for $12 off my oil change but advised to get a radiator flush and a discount would be added. For 2 services over $100 each only a $15 discount was applied to my bill. So, only $3 was discounted on a $129 plus change service. Not sure if I plan to return but you got my money.

I've been using Valvoline for my oil changes in two cars for a few years now and think they do a good job. I have noticed that the workers seem do be getting younger and younger and seem to have less respect for how they show them selves in the shop, yelling and the use of bad vocabulary.

Rude employee, not knowledgeable, very ignorant. The purpose manager for the day was very rude too no need to complain to her was a waste of time and energy will never go back. it was a convenient place close to my house but better drive far for better service.

I enjoyed the concept and execution of the service. To be able to pull in, never have to get out your car, and done in less than an hour!!! AMAZING! The customer service was great, she explained everything to me before it happened and the price was reasonable (a tad bit more than the dealership.) but for the convenience its worth it. I will return!

Did not like the fact that I talked to company representative about getting conventional oil change and pricing at specific location once I arrived and presented coupon for 50 percent off all of a sudden they are out of conventional oil for two deliveries...otherwise service wasn't bad

Felt been decieved on discounts, I was told to be discounted 20% however on final invoice did not see that it was only $3 discounted on a purcahse of $137.
I am not sure if it was an honest mistake or lack of knowledge or something else.
However it was a mistake at my end that I trusted and dd not have review of the final invoice unitill I comeback home.
I always have had good experience in teh past and would still recommend.

I will not use this location again. They once again failed to attach my skid plate properly which led to it coming off while I was driving. They also failed to mention that there was an oil leak and underneath damage. I had no idea until I got home and read over the invoice. I should have reviewed it before leaving but the tech said everything was good. I cannot even trust them to be honest.

The crew was fantastic - really fun to chat with while I got to see the whole thing unfold as I stayed in my car! A delightful experience. At the last minute I also remembered I needed a brake light change, and they got that done in about 3 minutes flat with a smile at a fantastic price. Will be back here EVERY TIME.

Half "A" service. Tire pressure wasn't checked. Blinkers, brake lights, high beams, none were checked until I asked. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here.

Oil changed. They didn't reset the oil life, but I found the procedure and did it. They didn't change the filter since a screw for the splash cover under the engine was stripped. I guess they don't have extractors.
