I believe the mechanic or the oil change Tech was named JB he was actually super professional helpful and I would recommend this location which was right off of Route 20 in Paterson New Jersey every friendly staff very warm to customers would actually really love it if they recognize the gentleman who helped me who did my oil change he is the reason I will be coming back to the same location and he is the tech that I want to do my oil changes from now on

They did manage to vacuum some gunk out of my radiator. However they did not properly flush my coolant system.

Wonderful experience/interaction with the service crew. I always gonto this Valvoline auto shop. I went to get an engine flush/oil change. They were attentive to detail ... highly recommended them.

They were not able to get the oil plug off, but, they were still able to do the oil change by evacing the oil. They were very nice and professional through the processes.
