Great experience. I just needed a Headlight replaced before it got dark and could not easily change it myself. It only took them a few minutes to replace the headlight and send me on my way. Great quick service!

Customer service was good. The problem was oil was dripping on my garage floor the next morning. I took the bottom cover and it was dripping oil and oil all over the cover. There was no leak at all but the cover had oil all over and it was missing screws to attach. I should of done it myself!

They had to call their help desk to get info on my car since it wasn't yet in the database - bit weird since it's a 2022 - but it literally only took a couple of minutes to do that. Generally speaking, everything was completed pretty quickly. Much more efficiently than the 90 minutes it would've taken at the dealership.

Valvoline did not have my oil filter in stock for my vehicle after I called ahead to confirm and was told over the phone that it was in stock. I had to provide my own for the second time now and they would not give an additional discount for providing my own filter as I was using already a Black Friday deal I was told.

Michael was excellent! He was very professional, answered all my questions and he is very knowledgeable. He made suggestions to me on what services were available to me and what would be beneficial to my vehicle based on its mileage.
