Price for the oil change was a bit high. But overall, what left me highly dissatisfied was the scam that I was left with at the end. The tech at the end told me I needed my front and rear differentials done. He proceeded to show me "" video of how dry they were and how there was metal shavings on them. The cost to get this fixed would be $200 and that's with a discount because it needed to be done. However, I had just taken my Jeep in to be serviced with a full rundown, not long before at my dealership. after hearing this news, I did go to my dealership to find out what was going on because this had been done as part of a full nine point inspection and no, my differentials had not needed to be done because I had already been done. So I don't know what scam your texts are doing, but I will not be returning ever to a Valvoline instant oil change because I do not like being thought of as an easy mark.
