Use to Love my visits to vavoline but to my recent surprise they charge over 4.00 for air unless you are a new customer . No courtesy for existing customers. When i finally paid they only put air in 2 of the tires not even the one that was flat. I will no longer give this place my business. And the manager she wanted to argue not not even understand where I was coming from.

It is well run and I like not having to leave my car. I didn't like that they did not have the correct oil filter in stock but did appreciate that they located another shop only about a 10 minute drive. The staffs were friendly and respectful at both locations. They are also efficient.

I liked that I got there early but you only had one service worker working they claim the one that actually changes the oil he had called out again so I was there from 7:30 to 8:30 I waited a whole hour for an oil change and they did not check my tires at all but I had a 9:15 appointment so I had to leave I was very disappointed

Service rep greeted me immediately after I drove up, advised of an approximately 10 min wait as they finished the current customer's vehicle. They finished up just as he said. My service took about 15 minutes and I was on my way.

Go there all the time with multiple vehicles. There was an issue with a leak and that it showed oil low. He asked if I had cash added gas and se sent me off. Went back to let them know it's still leaking and was told it wasn't on them by a manager.

I had to go back to get a sticker to put on my car to tell me what my next oil change was and my receipt. Then the guy never put air in of my tires, a service member was too busy washing walls versus helping the guy that was new doing my car.

The day of service was on 1/23/25.The service for changing my oil was fine. However, while changing my wipers they cracked my windshield. They did an incident report and had me sign it and told me it would be sent to me and I would be contacted. After three days, I contacted the manager And he was unaware of the incident. He said he will call me back the next day. As of this writing on February 1, I have not heard from them.
