It was my first servicing and I had a good experience. For the entire duration I was inside my car and was informed about all the steps performed during servicing. The reason for 1 less star is because the mask mandate and social distancing was not followed strictly.

Aside from trying to upsell me services that I am not sure I needed, they did fine - Ironically, the one service that I did want - a tire rotation, they could not do! They don't have a lift at this location (but they offered it as a service on the price board).

2 of the 3 people I talked with had no idea what they were doing/talking about. Offered me the wrong oil for my car, said they could fix a problem they didn't have the tools for, gave me paperwork for different car. Yikes, will not be going back here.

Seriously one of my best oil changes ever. These guys couldn't have been nicer, matched a Groupon price when I couldn't load the voucher, and had me out of there in just a few minutes. This is a weird thing to rave about but I was seriously blown away at how awesome these guys kept things moving.

As always the Norwalk at location is the best in Fairfield County. One thing that separates the rest is the friendliness and the objection of getting the customer in and out as quickly as possible but still maintaining the quality that is needed for a oil changing service.
