That place is exceptional! The people are absolutely the best. They are so friendly and helpful. I took my car there for oil changes. I went this time to do a transmission flush due to some issues with it. They had me come back the next day to make sure my fluid pressure was ok with the transmission. I just can't say enough about them. They are just totally awesome.

I had a horrible experience. I needed my head light changed and the service was not only unable to be completed but when then put the battery back they installed it wrong and my car would die anytime I came to a stop. I had to return and waited an hour for anything to be resolved.

Needed an oil change & didn't have much time. I arrived with a car in the bay & noone waiting in line. I had to wait 41 min for that car to be done & another 33 min to get my oil changed. At a 10-15 minute Valvoline oil change place.

Wait time was rough but that's not the issue. Went and got an oil change there, within 5 days there was not oil registering. I didn't even drive all the 5 days because the snow fell. So they either shorted me a quart of oil or the oil is super thin and not worth our time.
I am not impressed at all!!

I waited a very long time to finally get to the service bay, to only then be ignored for 10 minutes, then told they did not have my filter and could not perform my oil change. Luckily I was offered to go buy my own filter and return to complete the oil change.

Service was great. Professional, courteous and thorough employees. The $11.00 per quart for the two extra quarts of oil because....truck....I thought was a little excessive. I did a $44.00 Groupon deal. The extra $22 took it to almost $65 and at $65, Ill do my own oil changes in the future.

In general it was good. However, it was recommended that I change the transmission fluid because Dodge recommends doing it at 60,000 miles. In point of fact, that recommendation only applied to vehicles used as police vehicles, fleet vehicle, etc. For normal cars like mine, the recommendation is 120,000 miles.

This Valvoline Instant Oil Change location provided the most efficient and friendly service that I have ever received at an oil change facility like this. Technicians swarmed all over the car and checked fluid levels, hoses, filters, and belts while the oil was being changed. They made suggestions but there was no pressure for additional service or products.

Went there because I could stay in car and didn't want people in my car during Covid scare. Very fast and professional but told me I needed an air filter replaced but they didn't have any in stock. They did tell me they would install if I went to AutoZone to buy one but they didn't have one either!

The service was perfect. They were very kind and considerate. My husband and I are older so they did not talk down to us!! The main person politely told us where to place our keys. In addition I observed him professionally coaching a new employee about the placement of the old air filter. Everyone of the employees were attentive and kind.

They had incorrect information in their computer system and put almost 7 quarts of oil in my Miata which takes 4.8! and charged me for the extra oil! I had to drive 50mi roundtrip to go back and have them drain the oil and refill which they did at no charge but that was it... for all of that inconvenience and potential damaging my car!
