I thought I needed an oil change as my vehicle is a 2011 and can burn oil. But it was clean and just down a quart. The helpful young man topped it up at no charge and also my wiper fluid. All the staff waved goodbye and thanked me for coming in. This level of customer service is why I do keepComing back. Thank you for training your staff so well.

I would have liked a better coupon. You sent me one for $18 off and another for $35 off, but they expire about 2 hours after I get them. I did have a $10 one that at least covered part of the taxes on my $111.00 oil change. Hmm, I just looked @ the receipt. The car holds 5.9 quarts of oil... but you charged me for 6.9 quarts? That doesn't sound right?

I was told I needed a new battery. They said that they didn't have the recommended battery, but had one "that might work ". I immediately took it to Napa to buy the proper battery to find the current battery was not bad, the battery cable was simply loose.

Bad experience. I had to tell them to ck air pressure twice. When they did finish back 1 was 3 lbs light . They were screwing around the whole time . Lady next to me got out of her vehicle to tell them I am leaving been here 45 minutes . A joke . They need a new manager

In addition to the oil and filter change, I bought new wiper blades and fuel injector cleaner. I needed the oil change and wiper blades but let myself be talked into the $20 fuel injector cleaner. Stupid of me. The attendants didn't really know how to install the wiper blades so they seemed to force them on. They work but my hood got scratched in the process.
I wasn't totally satisfied with my experience.

Shop was backed up right when they opened as everyone had the same idea to get there right away in the morning. Manager apologized many times for the wait, but it was unneeded as the staff was fast at getting vehicles through, courteous and professional.
