Didn't get the oil change I went for. Waited in line about 20 minutes. Made to back up to let in someone who was there ahead of me. That was fair. When he was done, they took the person that was behind me instead of me. Unfair. I left and will never go back.

Told the tech to check the air filter. He lied and said they were in process checking it. I can see them all and no one is removing the cover. I told him again to please check the air filter. He agrees and walks away. They close the hood and thanked me. No one checked the air filter!

Everything that they normally service was taken care of. I just had to wait a while to have the service done. Glad they are located beside an auto parts store for parts they may not have. It was needed for one of the cars in front of me. That is what took extra time. Service was friendly and quality work was completed.

I wasn't happy because I told them to wait to do the Oil Change until we can agree upon a Price and they did the Oil Change anyways. I had found a cheaper place somewhere else and was gonna go there but I couldn't since they Did the oil change without me saying Yes go ahead. I got charged like $74 or $75 for an Oil Change. That is wayyyy too expensive. I don't think I will be back there again.

Lost looking technicians over filled my crankcase and poured oil all over the front of my Wrangler. On previous visits they've broken parts, lost parts and filled the valley pan with oil then blamed it on a rear main seal. It cost me $1700.00 to find out they had lied about it. I'm NEVER going back.

Was ok on service . They everything that I request except for my wiper blades. I ask to replace all of mine blade ,which they replaced the front but they told me the rear was ok . Well I went on there word but later looked at the back and part of the rubber on blade was coming off. Got in touch with the manager and she apologized for the mistake and told me to bring it in for no charge to replace it .

What I like is they do a good service, check all lights, tire pressure, top off all fluids & check all filters. What I didn't like is they only had 1 bay open, because in the middle of the day they decide to have oil delivered, instead of doing that during closed hours so it doesn't effect customers. Also for the second time in a row for my 2015 VW Beetle, they said they didn't have an oil filter for my car. They said this after they were already draining the oil. So I had to walk across the street to an auto parts store & buy an oil filter. When I got back the tech apologized & said he read the wrong code for the filter & they actually did have a filter for my car. So I had to walk back to the auto parts store, which at this time was busy & it took me 10 minutes to return the filter. With this inconvenience to me for the 2nd time you'd think they'd give me a discount, but they didn't. I had a $20 off coupon which I would have used anyway, without having to go to the auto parts store twice. Can you imagine going to a steakhouse & having to go to a butcher shop to buy the steak, so they could cook it for you.
