Very quick service. Very nice people. The hardest part is driving into the bay while being guided by hand signals. The rest is easy as pie. And as long as they keep having coupons,especially for us seniors, it's a no brainer.

The actual oil change and customer service were great. However, for the second time in a row, the technicians neglected to place my splash guard back in securely, which resulted in it dragging on the ground. To get this fixed I had to spend 25 dollars at my local mechanic since. Since this has now happened twice, I will no longer be using Valvoline and will instead opt for my local shop in south Philly.

They are the best location to get a oil change where I never have to get out of my car, the services click fast and efficient and they always offer additional options to protect my vehicle. I love it there I don't even go to my dealership for an oil change.

My oil change on a 2018 Nissan Versa was quite expensive, double what I would pay elsewhere. This I was able to overlook given the fast service. Unfortunately I found one of the service technicians to be rather abrupt and short with me. Putting the two negatives together I probably will not use Valvoline again.

Staff seemed more interested in signing up the guy behind me for a fleet account than in finishing me. Also a question about oil filter size. Never had a question about that, anywhere, including other Valvoline locations. Really hope they just didn't reinstall the old filter.
