I liked the friendly service and communication. I wasn't pleased when they couldn't get air filter cap off, they said it was rusty, which made me realize they hadn't take. It off to check the last couple of times either or someone would have said something one of those times. Also I had to remind them to check my tires.

Even when this place is busy even when there's cars lined up there still is efficient as they can be and there's always a good coupon and the service is incredible and it's nice to see women in the location servicing another woman's vehicle it's good to know that jiffy lube doesn't discriminate

Got in quick on an early Thursday afternoon. Only reason for a four star review is I had to go back to get my receipt that wasn't emailed and they did not reset the electronics on my car that said oil change due soon. Otherwise, great service and friendly. Love that they have a few female mechanics.

I chose this Valvoline location because I was close by. However, I will use this location again in the future! The service professionals were female, efficient, & FAST! There were 5 people in front of me & only waited a short time. No pressure sales & I saw that they all worked well together. Definitely a location I'll use again!

Very friendly. I was getting a small leak and I took my car in to have them to make sure that my oil change was done properly. He said there was nothing wrong with the way that they did their oil change he checked it.. but now after having him check it and no longer leaks LOL

They were swamped with cars and having a few issues with the oil drain reservoirs below. Didnt stop the store manager to getting below and taking buckets by hand of oil out to try and open up 2 of the 3 stalls. Impressive and everyone was still kind and helpful when assisting with everything despite the issues going on. Will be back for my next oil change!
