I had to wait about an hour to get my car oil and filter changed. The person I first talked to, I told them that I wanted 10W30 oil. After the second person came and ask if I needed any other service, ask that person to check to see if they had the correct oil selected for my car. Well no, they had put down 5W30. They did correct that so that was good.

There was a line at this location. Even though they had a four car capacity, they were only accepting two cars at a time. Attendants were polite, efficient and got me out quickly once I was in. All the usual upsells; filters, windshield wiper blades, etc. but they were not overly aggressive. I will definitely be going back to this location, but I'll try to be there very very early in the morning to get in quickly.

The team was exceptional. All my options were clearly explained with no pressure for services in addition to the basic oil change. I had a check engine light appear shortly following the service. When I returned to the service bay, the team quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the matter. Very positive experience!

They took way longer than expected. I was there over 45 minutes when they said it should take 15 to 20 minutes. They did not communicate with me telling me why it was taking so long. Made me late to my.next appointment. I had a $25 off coupon nut it was still very expensive!

I after leaving and was about 2 miles down the road , I notice a strong smell of burning oil. Upon arriving at home I opened the hood and noticed there was oil spilled around the fill spout. The technician either spilled oil while refilling or did not get the cap back on tight (it was a 1/4 turn loose). Also the engine cover was not re-installed properly. It was just laying loose on top of the engine.

When I pulled up no one came to greet me. The wait was long. They didn't check my lights or anything. The manager was rude extremely rude and just wasn't pleasant at all. I dislike this location, this was my first visit and last one. Most valvolines are not friendly locations besides the store that my brother ran. I will be finding someone else to service my vehicles from now on.

I appreciate the comprehensive service and options as well as the excellent communication about wait time, oil choices, and a few other items. They were knowledgable and helpful. My entire family goes there and the service is always excellent and they are happy to take online coupons.

Interactions with the employees and all of them were very friendly and respectful.
The only reason this is a four star rating is because the oil change warning light has not turned off. I'll need to make a special trip to have them turn off the light.
With their great employees, I will return again.

They were very quick and efficient. I used to stop at a local filling station that has a mechanic for headlights and turn signal lights. Unfortunately, they closed down. I was very happy to learn that Valvoline can fix these fast with no appointment.

Shop could not figure out how to check my transmission fluid, got an oil change and the tech did not put my dip stick back in properly it was sticking halfway out making oil seep out of the dip stick hole onto the engine, will not visit this shop again.
