I love the convenience of being able to service my vehicle without prior appointment. The staff were cordial and respectful. They came out and spoke with drivers inline to see how they could help. They were able to help meet others needs while they were still waiting in line. This was quite impressive and creative on their parts. Kudos to the crew at Valvoline in Richfield, MN. I really enjoyed the technicians that I worked with. Sometimes, being a woman in a car shop can be intimidating, but all of the technicians were good at explaining why I should upgrade to premium oil or showing me why something should be replaced. Also, all of the technicians were friendly to each other, it seems like a fun environment to work in due to the group of people.

The oil change was fine but the technician inspected my car and said left brake light was out and couldn't replace bulb because the light connector was missing. I then went and bought parts myself to fix. When I started fixing the "so called problem" my light was working and everything in tact. Will not go back!

unprofessional they didn't do any of the regular checks that I get when I have my oil changed i.e. lights, signals. I won't go to that location again and ain't recommend anyone else to either.

Asked for a tire rotation but they said they couldn't get the rear tire off the axle. So I guess I will have to try somewhere else.

I am sorry to hear we were unable to perform the tire rotation. It sounds like there may be a pre-existing issue with the lug nuts/lug studs. A full repair or tire shop will be able to further assist you with these concerns. Unfortunately, as we do not offer repairs, we would be unable to perform a tire rotation in this situation. Few days after I went there for oil change, my engine oil light came on, I went back and they told me I just needed to do reset, after I did that, my light was still on, then I went back to them and this time they checked my oil level , it was super low. When I asked how did that happen, they said oh maybe its because of the cold weather. I was just confused how that happened.

Why is it every time I come here for a full synthetic oil change Im told to come back in 3,000 miles for another oil change when it should last me more than twice that difference. Tired of being tricked into getting my oil changed more often than necessary by these guys

They didnt re-seat my air intake correctly after air filter install, it was about a half inch off and had I not heard the revving difference while driving probably wouldnt have even looked... The oil change price was more than $20 higher than the Ford dealership I typically go to as well. Maybe you are paying for the 15 min service?
I did like the visibility and communication, both were far better than any other shop Ive been to.
