They tore out my filter without verification if I was going to replace it or not which forced me to do it anyways. They also claimed they refilled any of my fluids and that was a lie, I had to go back up they because my windshield washer fluid was still empty.

I like everything from coming into the dock until leaving out of the dock.
The employees were very friendly they showed all the things they were doing. They showed how the oil was cleaned and now full. I needed a new air filter and they let me know how my air filter looked and I bought that as well thank you.

I like this Valvoline location the service the convenience Jordan the manager knows exactly what needs to be done and the staff is well trained. My visit went quickly and I got good advice. However, in replacing my headlight, they found that the old one was working, which was great, but the next day it was out again. It might just be loose of course. But overall, great service.

It took an hour to complete the job. 15 minutes waiting for the car already in the bay and 45 minutes for mine. Told me synthetic oil needs o be changed every 3000 miles. The Toyota Dealer says every 10,000 miles. No AAA discount

I got in and out fairly quickly--I did need one lightbulb replaced, and I was able to get a discounted rate thanks to Groupon, so the impact on my wallet was lessened. Only gripe is that they've gone to wait in your car--I miss the free coffee...

Sam at Valvoline really went above and beyond trying to solve the issue with my AC fan not working as it should.
He changed out the cabin filter and after a lot of effort to try and remove the air filter that is hidden in my car, he was able to install a new filter. And he put the other components back (when installing the new air filter) to ensure that The airflow wasn't blocked and I didn't have any more problems. Thank you!

This place was awesome! I went very last minute for a very necessary oil change and the guys there were more than accommodating. Chase, Jose, and Rayham had me in and out within 20 minutes, but honestly they had such fun personalities, I could have waited another 20 and still left a very happy customer. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Overall service is good. Your prices are just ridiculous. I paid almost $200.00 for an oil change. Never again, I will never be back. When I go to the dealership, I only pay $78. I would rather wait an hour and a half in a waiting room to get an oil change at the dealership then to have to spend almost $200 again

I had the oil change on Saturday. Sunday my husband checked under the hood because there was an odor. The radiator fluid was dry. I asked them Saturday to be sure to fill it up but nothing. I'm now worried if they refilled other fluids. The workers need more training or more compassionate employees.

Every one of those service reps that worked on my oil change were spectacular. The communication between all of them was excellent. They were very efficient! It took a little longer than usual as they were having a problem with their card readers, but that wasnt their fault.

I came thinking it would be faster and cheaper than going to the Dealership like I normally do. It was a Saturday afternoon so I get that it is a peak time for them, but I sat there for an hr before I got service. The service was good, but I payed close to the same as dealership price even with a coupon. Think I will just make an appointment at the dealership next time.

I had a rental car and on carmax side they took their time to get my car done. So enterprise price charged me an extra 40 plus a 25 hold fee. Carmax said they would refund the 40 dollars and as of today i do not have my money. A horrible service altogether.... i guess i had to be thankful cause i only paid 250 for the work they did to my car ,,, but sh.. i bought my warranty and they did not complain about that.
