Usually the service is amazing, but this time they forgot things like checking the head lights, tail lights, and directionals. I'm not sure if they checked the other fluids and they didn't ask about my cabin air filter like before. Communication wasn't as great as it used to be either. Maybe the team was having a bad day. Not sure. The price was so high that I may look at other options now, after using this location for several years.

This location's customer service needs improvement. I get they have to offer other services, but when you tell them no and they continue to be pushy it can be too much. I'm to the point where I will not go back to this location.

Made a very clear request before oil change was performed to not remove my skid plate and use the oil pump instead only to find out 45 minutes later that they did exactly that because the technician "forgot" I'd made that request. Won't be back.

Since I just bought the car, I indicated all that was needed was an oil change , since it was inspected prior to sale . Didn't need the associate to try and upsell , wipers, front and rear differential fluid change ,+ a bunch of other things. The young man apologized for having to read the computer screen , but he said it was his job to do so.
