They rattled of a list of recommended services, one of them being the serpentine belt which is good for at least 60k and I changed it a few months ago. They didn't even look at the belt. It's one thing to have a computer tell you what to recommend it's another to just recommend without out verifying if the service actually needs to be done.

The ladies and gentleman that work at this location are extremely delightful to work with. I am not sure what their hiring or training process is, but the quality of the individuals who work here are top tier. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, quick, efficient and personable. It is very rare to find an establishment where ALL of the employees are so good like this.

the staff at valvoline are professional and friendly.went there early on a sunday morning and was in and out within 30 minutes.it takes a little getting used to being in your car when the oil change is happening but you get used to it.the price i paid was very reasonable and i was also able to download a coupon for $10 off.

Residual oil from the oil filter was never cleaned on car fame. Oil dripped on driveway. I asked them to please make sure they cleaned after filter was changed.

They couldn't find my 2022 car on the computer the first time went, they told me they couldn't help me and I left. The second time (a week later), they did the oil change but it cost almost $100 for an oil change. That is crazy! There was still an issue with the new car not being in the system.

Went for oil change,tire rotation & inspection. Had no air for tires and not equipped for inspection. Spent $93 on synthetic oil change & sticker placed on window says to return at 3k instead of 5k miles. Still have to get tires rotated & inspection done when I find time.

This place is excellent. They informed me of
a routine service that should have been done the last time I took my car into the DEALER to get serviced, AND they told me that my antifreeze reservoir was EMPTY, which means the dealer never checked it on my last oil change.
AND they vacuumed my car after they completed the services. Top notch!
