I've been getting my oil changed at Valvoline in Medford for at least 10 years now, and they're always very friendly and efficient, I'm not a Motörhead, that's why I come here, they check everything and top everything off, all your fluids. Tires, air filter,wiper blades, so I don't have to do any of it, and all in about 10 or 15 minutes, all while you sit in the comfort of your own car.

I entered the store to do a oil change and they offer me extra services like change air filters. I let them change 2 air filters one of the inside the cabin who takes 60sec to replace they charge me $60 for that and the filter costs is $20. So $40 of installation fee for a car who let you do the job in a minute great rates!!! Strongly recommend that you run away from them.

Staff was curt and rude. For example, they were going to fill my tires to 36 psi and when I said the spec from Toyota is 32 psi (written on the inside of the door), the staff member gave me a look and then sarcastically said customer has a preference to another staff member rather than admitting that they had the wrong pressure.

I like that they check your tires and add air if necessary, and top off all your fluids. And best of all, they do it all while you stay in your car and not in some

Incompetent staff when asked about the air in my tires he had no clue what the amount was at. I made him re check them and put them all at the correct amount. I later checked and they were still not at the correct number for my tire pressure. Oil change was down a quart of oil and they were rude.

Valvoline lies about putting the correct amount of oil in your car had to have it checked it was down 1 quart and they were rude and incompetent will not be returning to this company for a simple oil change ever again. Hire people who know what they are doing and are not liars is my suggestion.

It is always fantastic when I go to this Valvoline. Appreciate the top offs in between oil changes. And they always answer questions about my car even if they themselves can't do the service. So at least I know what I should be hearing when I go to the mechanic!
