I was traveling to a meeting when my low oil light came on. I pulled into this Valvoline never having been there before. the wait was not long and they were able to scan my car and have the full synthetic oil change with cabin air filter replaced in a total of about 20 minutes. Very convienent and I didn't have to worry that I was driving too far with low oil!

One of the technicians got an oil stick stuck in my car while doing an oil change. My car had to be towed to a local mechanic to get the stick removed also meaning that I was 2 days without use of my car.

Went to have oil change since I just purchased it , went out the next morning to work noticed oil on the drive way , got under it and noticed oil leaking from the filter , got my filter wrench and gave it a good turn . Double check your work ..
