Was ok but I'm not even due for my next one, mileage or date and my service light is on for oil changed required. 7/11/24 I barely drive and haven't added much mileage. I didn't like being pressured to buy the more expensive oil.

Were told we would have to wait 20 minutes, waited over an hour and at least one car behind me was serviced before me. Did not check tire pressure, filter, etc as is usually part of service. Offered $10 discount for slow service (though we had better coupon online).

First...Had to wait over 45 min to get in.... Then they put the wrong oil in my car. so I had to wait 30 more minutes. It was vey expense. I had a $20.00 coupon & it still was $110.00. They told me printer was broke, so I didn't get a receipt. They said they would email my receipt but they did not. I was very very disappointed.

I came in with my 2020 Sante Fe for first oil change with 4400 miles on it. Cagey told me I needed two rear license plate lights, NOT TRUE. They told me I needed differential fluid replaced, NOT TRUE, did not replaces valve stem covers. Over reported mileage to Carfax by 40,000 miles. All for $100.00. NEVER AGAIN VALVOLINE, I will find a small shop for service...rip off!

Friendly service from all the guys an explaination on all the details while their working on your vehicle. You don't have to get out your vehicle and there's a camera monitor to view while your car is being serviced. I went in on a Saturday morning and it didn't take a long time, I was done in 25 minutes not an hour or two..

Poor - I went in to get a tire rotation. I waited for 5-10 minutes, drove into the bay, got out and went to the Customer Waiting Room, and then after another 10 min, was told that the lift wasn't adequate for my vehicle.
Would have been nice to be told up front instead of 20 minutes later! And why doesn't a modern facility have a lift that can handle a 2017 Toyota Sienna?????
