Two individuals that appeared to be supervisors kept yelling at the technicians to work faster. The techs all seemed stressed and intimidated by these two. By rushing to pour oil in it was spilled on my engine. I do not blame the tech because he was continually being screamed at to hurry. A totally different experience from my last visit. I will not return.

My experience at valvoline was truly great. My technicians were very thorough and I got to see everything being changed which gave me peace of mind I never knew I needed. But they changed the game I recommend 100 %. Shoutout to Kevin who was my main tech who explained everything to me. I got an oil change and transmission flush for under an hour. All three service lanes were filled when I arrived, so it was about 20 minutes to get service, and about 20 minutes for the service. I did have tire rotation and radiator fluid exchange, in addition to an oil change. Make sure you line up at the lane that has a lift for tire rotation.

I have never had such a pleasant experience getting service on my car. All the mechanics were funny and so nice. Very respectful. I was there for a long time getting service done so I would say the only thing was that I had a headache from all the yelling! Still, a great experience.

The crew was courteous and on top of their game. They informed me of other things that needed to be done to my vehicle didn't push the fact that it should be done now just informed me that it needed to be taken care of soon and that was it just said it needed to be taken care of soon didn't push it. Need to do it now we can do it now blah blah blah. They were fantastic
