Turned a 15 minute oil change into well over an hour while I was in my truck. The guy working on my truck couldn't find the oil filter and then the other guy spilled oil all over my engine without cleaning it up. Next time I'll take my truck somewhere with more qualified workers.

They were open on Sunday!!! That was the ticket;)! They were good on all the basics were unsure about the oil pan cover plate. They were very positive and good at communicating what was happening. Oh yes, thats because you sit on your vehicle while they do the changes! Actually l would like to have given them 4.5!

I took my Camry in for a routine oil change, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The technician opened the air filter housing to inspect the filter and kept struggling to put it back together. At one point, I noticed he dropped the ratchet socket while fastening the bolts, but I assumed everything was secure. When I got home, I realized one of the two screws fastening the housing was completely missing and the other was left loose. This is basic care and attention to detail that should never be overlooked. Now I have to spend time and money fixing something that was fine before I went in. I don't think I will ever be back to that location.

They failed to attach a pan underneath my vehicle after an oil change. I drove away and could hear an awful sound coming from underneath the truck. Was able to get home, crawl underneath my truck and rig up a temporary fix. Drove back to the valvoline shop and the manager said " ya, those skid plates can be a problem" Whaaa ???? They reattached it correctly, said you're good to go now - didn't say "sorry we goofed" - nothing. I will never go back there again.
