As I drove off I realized that requested service was not completed. Wiper blades were not changed. Requests oil, synthetic combine, was not avail. Cost much more to get all syn. Service has deteriorated.

This location used to be really good, I'm not sure what happened on this day. One of the techs tried to say I needed new wiper blades, when my blades are three months old. Also, I asked for my tired to be filled, and had to ask another tech (the original did not relay the message). Tires ended up not being filled enough, so I went to another Vavoline location to get air.

Service is good, but I am wondering how the price goes from 60 to 100 in 6 months.
The one star is just for the price.
I got the same service - same full synthetic oil upto 5 qarts & filter change in manufacturer service center in $60 whereas it cost me $100 in Valvoline.
Never visiting valvoline again. It used to be my favorite back in the day, but no more.

I would not recommend going to valvoline at middletown, louisville. The owner seems to be a nice person. The mechanics dont seem to be customer courteous. Also, they did not put back all the plastic clips after they removed them. They definitely do not handle luxury vehicles well. Also. I paid the same as i would at Lexus of Louisville.
