Flushed transmission. While driving transmission over heated. They didn't put enough fluid in. They were two quarts short. Went back to station they added fluid with funnel. Got home and next day my garage flood had transmission fluid on floor. It was a mess. They must had put too much.
Will not recommend that facility.

I have recently started using this shop. I just had 3rd oil change here and am very impressed. Very friendly and efficient... in and out in about 10 minutes. I never feel that they are trying to "up sell" anything. Highly recommend this shop.

They broke my engine splash shield and got oil all over. Extra oil drained onto my garage floor at home making a hard mess to clean up. My engine compartment was covered in engine oil. My vehicle smelled like burning oil when I was driving it afterwards.

This was the most relaxed oil change I have ever had. They were training some of their pit crew but those that were doing the training you could tell were extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out within about 10 minutes. Sorry Liffy Jube. Valvoline has you by the cojones.

Needed an oil change according to dashboard. Also had let truck run out of gas. They checked the codes because the engine icon had come on. It was fuel pump low due to me letting it run out of gas. No problem, reset and back on the road.
