Was a joke was told couldn't change transmission fluid because my driveshaft was in the way. I'm not entirely sure who trained that guy however it's a simple job with an Allen tool and pump and fluid driveshaft is not in the way. Went to another vakvoline right down the road and that guy told me he couldn't either but another excuse. He told me he has to remove the transmission pan and replace it in order to drain fluid! So again who trains these guys? Both techs were totally wrong! By the way the other valvoline was the one right in Cicero down the street from this one.

With the info provided, I located your account history and can confirm your transmission is a sealed unit, meaning it doesn't have a dipstick. Unfortunately, when a transmission is sealed, we don't have a way to check the fluid levels, leaving us unable to perform service. In cases like this, we recommend that you take the BMW to the dealership or a certified transmission shop to have the service performed. We appreciate you for letting us know about this, and we'll be happy to share this feedback with our management team for teaching/training purposes.

They spilt oil over the front of the car. When we got home, we had oil streaks down the passenger side of the car. There was a lot of oil on the front of the car, I find it hard to believe no one noticed it before we left.
