Friendly but rushed through my service appointment. Didn't check tire pressure, very rough with tools when working on car. My son also got his oil changed and the oil pressure light came on before leaving. They told him to take it somewhere to have it checked, even though there we no issues prior to an oil change

Experience was fine everyone was nice. Oil change was done correctly... now I do have a issue with whoever got oil on the front of my car. I drive a pearl white ats if u evenly look at it.. it might get dirty let alone oil on it.. washed it and the oil is still on the grill and I can't get the finger prints off. So I have to replace the grill now and buy something too get the oil off the paint. Other than that everything was fine.

Had oil change in the beginning of April and on June 30th the car had very little oil in it. No oil leaks. I think they forgot to put the oil in it. It ran terrible after that oil change
Their solution was to charge me $8.99 to put in a quart of oil. Will never be back, will bring it to the dealership from now on.
If I could give lower than 1 star, I would.
