They were fast and didn't upsell a great deal per usual. I was missing two tire caps after the service as well as the other two were not very secured. When purchasing a new filter, I have had them crumpled it in before. I have not yet checked how the current filter was placed, however, to be fair.

I went early on a Sunday to use the Black Friday coupon and expected a late start. But to my surprise they let me in early, changed my oil, checked lights, fluids and tire pressure and got me put within 15 minutes as usual. Loved it!

The mechanics there suggested a radiator flush that resolved a problem with the air conditioner! The change to the windshield wipers with my request for a full synthetic oil change. Great service!

I stopped going to Valvoline because of cost and the amount of time it took to receive an oil change. Gave another chance, mistake!! While filling my power steering fluid, the pump wouldn't stop and spewed the liquid ALL OVER EVERYTHING under my hood.. they said they would pay for car wash but that doesn't help when the liquid is under my hood and leaking in the driveway.

More than pleased with the service. The supervisor even reset all these ridiculous dashboard buttons for having addressed the tire pressures (these have been in for 3 years despite always having the appropriate inflation pressure) and the next oil service button with his eyes shut. Very impressive!

The service was fine, but I was unpleasantly surprised to find out they are as much or more expensive than doing to my Toyota dealership. I won't be back until the become a little more competitively priced. An oil/filter (oil synthetic) and air filter for $135. I had a $10 off coupon so it netted out to $125.

Though it was pricier than the dealership for full synthetic motor oil and filter change, i was able to use a coupon using google search. also the guys spilled oil all over my engine though they cleaned it good! i ve expect them to be trained not to spill the stuff all over my property.
