As with many places now days, the Valvoline store I went to did not have an oil filter that fit my car. I had to go to another one. This is the second time in the last few months when they had to send me somewhere else. I love the Palamor store and Valvoline car services in general. But it is sad that they don't have something as simple as an oil filter.

They told me that I need to replace my rear wiper. When they put on the replacement it squeaked and I was told it need water. I asked them to get some water and was told it was far away. I went around the side of the building purchased a bottle of water and it still squeaked after 20 minutes I told them to put the old one back on.

I love this place because they are friendly and so efficient. I trust them to do everything they say they are doing and do it with excellence. I did not give a five star because their equipment to rotate tires was broken and it was on back order. That is the fault of the company not the people here at Palomar. I will come back to them.

The crew really looked after me, they continuously go above and beyond, and it's just an oil change, but they always do a little extra that's not included is what impresses me, hard to find that these days , they will always have my business. They replaced a leaking oil plug for me after my original would not stop leaking, top notch care !!

They noticed i had a leaking oil pan gasket. They replaced and changed my oil anyway even though i have to replace the oil when the shop drops the oil pan to replace gasket. Double oil change in two days that i had to pay for.
Valvoline is just plain GREEDY and did what was best for their pocket and I paid for it.
SHAME ON YOU VALVOLINE !

Neeko. Was awesome-efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and flexible. The service center was slammed with customers waiting for oil changes so she did the radiator service in the parking lot even though it was extremely hot outside. She went the extra mile and her excellent service is appreciated!

I come in often... oil changes, low tire pressure, even to have them look at a screw in my tire. The entire staff is always so friendly and willing to help with anything. I didn't get everyone's names..but the manager, Luke, is always attentive and personable. I would recommend this location to anyone I know.

This experience reminded me of VIOC of old and it was FANTASTIC! I didnt get excuses about how they couldnt check my air tire pressures- instead I got solutions and results. I couldnt be more pleased. Im just sorry I did not catch team members names, but they in fact functioned as a team.
