They were quick and found a leak from my transmission. Took it in for service and they found that they oil drain plug was not installed properly and it was leaking. Will go back to the station once I get my car back. Yes, I do have a small puddle of oil on my garage floor!

I arrived early...first one in line, wanted to beat the Vegas heat. Everyone was super professional and I received exceptional customer service. We complied on all that was needed to be done and didn't feel pressured on an upsell. I think he understood that I know my vehicle very well and that I've already done all recommended services.

The employees were not friendly, very unprofessional and they didn't check my tires, lights, brakes etc. They refused to apply a Groupon that said I could apply it towards any purchases. I feel robbed because they now have free money. Stay away from that location

My first experience learned about Automatic Transmission Fluid that they fixed it only vaccum suck out old fluid out and put it new fluid in my car easy job. I thought it included deeper clean up ATF Filter. They told me, no and not touch ATF Filter. I gave it rare 3 stars good. I wish that would be including ATF Filter. Little expensive paid, but thank you.

I went to the shop. After the oil change, my check engine service light came on. Took the car to the dealership for repair. Mass airflow censor damaged. Direct cause from service at Valvoline. Valvoline says its not their fault. Provided the proof they did. Exploring DMV reporting and BBB and small claims court in progress depending on overall outcome!

I started going here because my sports car is too small to fit on a hydraulic rack, they have the bays underneath instead. They run a tight operation, while changing the oil they check everything else - tires, fluids, brake lights etcetera. Nice, friendly cheerful people working there. I appreciate the good vibes and excellent service.
