The initial greater was great - I was planning to leave on a trip. Unfortunately I had to request for the tech to have my lights checked, air in tires checked & fluids. I thought that was part of the service when getting an oil change. Didn't check my air filter either. But did want to sell me new wipers - I just replaced them.

Even though I just needed air in my tires, I got more info than I was expecting. In my 70 years on this earth, 54 years of it driving, no one has EVER explained the little sticker you receive, that has milage and date on it. Now that I understand, I will be getting my car an oil change a little more often. I love this place, I get my oil changed there all the time and I would highly recommend them.

Terrible, horrible experience. I am now worried for my car. They did not at all do the 18-point maintenance, their worker just clicked through her computer. Took an incredibly long time as well. Bad customer service. I will absolutely not return again.

The staff was pleasant and they did exactly as I asked, but the cost for the service is too high for what is done.
The maximum amount of the supplies (oil and filter) is $50 - $60. For the 20 minutes the service took, should be a cost of $20.
Being charged almost $150 is unacceptable.

Way too expensive!!! $84 for just an oil change is rediculous. Its actually cheaper at the Cadillac dealership. I asked them to check coolant level and fill if needed. They marked down that they did it, however, that was a lie. I watched the whole time, they neither checked nor filled it. I did it myself later. Very bad business when they lie!!

THEY were in a rush to get me out. Did not answer a question. Did not ck or top off all levels. Did not lube upper ball joints which had zerks! Air filter out of stock. Was on the way. Wanted to drive my car outside the bay into the lot to finish. Manager told wait person to get my car out and do next one. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND This place.
