Good service but I can't help but feel that they were trying very hard to upsell me on a variety of items. This is despite telling the tech multiple times I don't have enough money for additional repairs. It felt pushy and made me uncomfortable. I don't know if this is how Valvoline trains their people, but it borders on high pressure tactics. I did not like that.

Horrible experience. I will never go back again. They were sloppy when they added oil and spilled on my engine. They removed the engine filter to show me how dirty it was and when they put it back in they forced it back in so now the seal is all jacked up. They suck!

Price was fair. Loved their attention to detail. This was my first non-dealership service. They found 3 bolts missing from a skid/drip plate below the oil pan? Good to know... I will get 3 bolts and put them in... without Valvoline's heads up I wouldn't have known.

It was great, stayed in car while they checked fluid levels and air pressure in tires. Also showed my the new oil level on dipstick. And showed me how to clear the low oil warning light. I was very appreciative of them being open on Christmas Eve because I was going to drive up to Las Vegas on Christmas am.

Excellent. Kind and skilled Technicians. They replaced the Cabin Air Filter which hadn't been replaced prior to purchase of vehicle. The techs also did the oil and filter change, filled air in tires to meet all same air pressure requirements, added windshield wiper fluid, headlights and reset maintenance button. They were honest, courteous, and awesome.

I actually only got the inspection as we could not open the hood on my vehicle due to it being locked by the dealership. They crew at Valvoline were so nice and helpful! The team actually saved my car engine a few months prior by letting me know it was a year and model that consumed oil rapidly and I was able to get it replaced under warranty. This team knows their stuff! I highly recommend them.

The oil filter they had to fit my car was missing the gasket. They only had 1. They suggested I go to one of their other locations 15 minutes away. Wouldnt have it delivered. Didnt offer to buy one at the auto parts store 100 feet away. Didnt have time to go to other location. Never got the oil change.

Valvoline really dropped the ball this time. After completing my oil change they didnt safely secure the engine cover on the bottom of the car. When I herd the loud scraping nose I had to pull over on the freeway. I called triple A and all they could do was tape it back in place. Valvoline did Apologize and the next day they fixed and secured the engine cover. To bad they just didnt do the job right the First time.

I had a solid "check engine" light and an intermittent "oil" light showing up. I checked with the folks that did my oil change. They recommended I go to my mechanic...Angel's to the rescue! I was able to get it in, Angel's called me after the diagnostics, the issue was fixed the same day, and I was back on the road without the concern of causing further damage to the engine.
