Inexperienced workers oil change took way to long. Workers did not know how to remove my cabin filter. Almost broke my dash I was told my windshield wipers were in good shape when they definitely needed to be replaced.

I had an oil change and a coolant flush. I drove 2 home which is within 2 miles and my vehicle low coolant light went off a block from my house. I got home my car was overheating. They had to send somebody to top out my coolant in which it became low again. I felt like they were doing damage control. I use to come here all the time but not no more I don't feel valued as a customer.

People are on auto pilot.. they talk so fast I had to keep saying "what"? Vehicle exam was rubber stamped.. I was missing a rear wiper blade but they said they all looked good. I'll probably go somewhere else next time as their prices are higher than other places.

These guys and girls are always on top of their game. Always have an excellent visit. They are quick and courteous clean and polite. Get you in and out in record time. If I go to the dealership they take about 2 hours at least to do my oil change. When time is money and you don't have the time to wait, give these guys a shot I'm usually in and out within 20 minutes or less. If there is no line You'll Be in and out in less than 15

If you own a 2024 GMC diesel, don't bother going here. They do not have the oil type or quantity in their computer and can't perform the service even though I showed them the specs in the manual. I was told to come back in three months and they might have it in the system.

Excellent service and very courteous technicians that provided great advice at a cost-effective value. I had an oil change and had the transmission fluid drained and replaced with new fluid. Take care of your vehicle and it will take care of you. More service to come on the next visit.

The staff was friendly and did an excellent job. I had an oil change and came back for a transmission fluid change later that day with a 20% off coupon. I had e-mailed the dealership about my 90K service and they never responded. Valvoline was quicker and probably less expensive.
