was the fastest service I ever had - in and out in 12 minutes for an oil change. Unfortunately the lift was broken so I couldn't get my tires rotated. Would have been 5 stars!!!!

The only issue I had was that they didn't have the equipment to do my tire rotation! Other than that, very professional and kept me abreast of everything being performed and some repairs that I didn't even know were due. Job well done!!

This is normally my go to spot for oil changes but I will no longer frequent this location. The employees working on my vehicle were talking about myself and another customer while im the bay. They had their backs to me but were loud enough for me to hear. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I asked the tech to let the guy under the car to make sure the firewall protection shield, the screws was on secure and they wasn't. I was stopped and told something was dragging under my car and it was the protection cover and most of the screws was missing.

I was informed by attendant working at the LaPlata location there was no synthetic oil for my vehicle. Lift to rotate tires not working. I was told to go to another location. Why is this location open if you don't have the proper tools and equipment to complete the job.

Fast, professional, thorough. I was recommended by a friend, and honestly I don't think I could have been more impressed. The crew communicated very well with each other, and they made sure to show me and explain everything they were doing. When it was time for payment, they even explicitly asked me if it was okay to walk my credit card over to the office (the card reader at the station was out), and I really appreciated that.

Service at Valvoline in La Plata, MD was great. I was a little concerned because of the volume of customers in line but four bays were in operation at one time and wait was almost non-existent. I was in and out and on my way to other errands quickly. I am definitely glad I stopped by.

I frequent Valvoline because of their quick and friendly services. The tech that worked with me was rude and shirt. I asked for a filter replacement at their suggestion and wasn't even told that they were "out of filters" until I saw them putting the dirty used filter back and questioned it. I will continue to use Valvoline but probably not this location.

Last Valvoline-La Plata visit wasn't so good...staff were unprofessional and disorganized. Much different from when the store opened. This visit was much improved but could still stand improvement. Much more courteous and professional but too many staff jumping between vehicles. This causes concern that one person forgets (or is unaware) of where the last person left off. Results could be catastrophic.
