Shop is always noisy. Technicians don't realize how hard it is to hear them when they speak to their customer.
I declined extra services, other than Oil and Filter Change, but I still got questioned or told about other services they offered to provide.
Thanks, but No means No.
Hand signals for pulling in and pulling out seem to be done rather lazily. It is hard to tell what they want you to do. Bored??

Good customer service, but it kinda sucks if you're behind a car that is needing a longer service and your service is already completed. (I was there twice as long as I needed to be because of the car in front of me.). But John was a good technician, knowledgeable and helpful.
