I had an excellent experience during a courtesy check. They checked several fluid levels topping off my antifreeze and adding a quart of oil that I paid them for. Just had a feeling it was time for a visit and glad that I did. Everyone was very nice and informative. They printed out a list of maintenance items that I might want to consider in the future. Thanks again for the great service and i look forward to going back soon.

Service was great but they charged me 30 dollars apeice for wiper blades. I eould not have gotten had I known that. I can get 2 wipers for 19-30 bucks at auto shops so When I asked price and he said 30 I thought he meant gor both Not each. They are not even name brand their valvoline I would buy them from auto shops if other brands were available much less spend 60 bucks for 2. Gaint rip off. Great service But they screw you on price.

Thank you so much for your honest review. The evac system is a safe and clean method to drain oil during an oil change. The process has several benefits including saving time on your oil change, less wear, and tear to the drain plug and oil pan, lowering the possibility of oil spills and drips onto your engine and car, and eliminating the chance of leaks. The system also shuts off automatically once the oil pan is empty. You can also request to have the oil manually drained and as long as our techs can safely manually drain the oil the service can be performed at your request.

They charged me 60 DOLLARS for a cabin air filter. They are usually 25-30 dollars so I didn't even ask..... Other than that service was good and in and out quick.

Poor service!!! Where in the past, they've aired up my tires, ran through a complete blinker light check, and asked me to check the oil level they just put in...I was never asked either one of those tasks.
VALVOLINE IS GETTING SLOPPY!!!!
Plus, they tore my under cowl, and did tell me it happened. It wasn't until I heard something scraping the ground, that I realized it was hanging down. Thanks to one of the techs.

Waited in line for 45 minutes to no avail; 3 cars were in bays and none of them finished during this time period as one person was working across all 3 cars. We've attempted to have oil changes at this location several times in the last couple of years, but staffing shortages always seem to be an issue so will be looking for a new location moving forward.

They were available when we pulled up. There were 5 people there and they were all busy working on my car and the truck next to me. . They got it done quickly. They were polite. I'd go back there. However, it was noted at MO inspection that washer cap was gone. I assume that's part of the service offered? Top off fluid?

Printer doesn't work. I tried to call previously and the phone didn't work. I want printed receipts. The last emailed receipt reported my mileage incorrect by 20,000 miles. I asked Geraldo to edit the mileage but he refused. Oil was low on dipstick at first review. I didn't have to wait. Coupon was accepted.

Very professional, helpful, informative and friendly. A new employee was being trained, so the service was especially thorough. I've never had a bad experience at a Valvoline shop, and this was no exception. I've had to wait, but that happens everywhere. I've had technicians make mistakes too, but it was handled so well it was still a great experience.

I picked this particular valvoline location since the location closest to me only had 4 quarts of 0W-40 Euro (my truck requires 7 quarts). All of the technicians did a great job on upselling me new windshield wiper blades, an engine filter and even a cab filter. My HVAC no longer smells like pee when I turn it on:

I have been going to the Valvoline shop on North Oak and Berry Rd to get all my vehicles seviced for about five year now. The Management was great and all of the Staff was excellent. Its been a long time, scense I got the kind of sevice I recived on Saturday,10/08/2022. A completed full transmission sevice in 35 to 40 minites. I take my hat off to all for agreat job.
