Pressured my young son into many services not needed, replaced air filters that were not old due to pressured sale. When called to speak to the manager was told I needed to wait days for someone to call me back. I'm still waiting three days later to talk to someone and have them make this right. I would not recommend unless they are willing to refund for services that were never asked for.

The technicians that worked on my vehicle went above and beyond. They did a Checkpoint inspection on my car in less than 15 minutes. There were a couple of air filters I needed to change they were dirty I had to rotate my tires and a oil change and I was out and less than I want to say 30 minutes. I'm very polite. Explained everything that I needed what the cost would be .

I got talked into a tire rotation and have no idea what they did. The tire pressure for the front and back axles were totally misaligned after I drove out and I needed to go to a gas station to fix the tire pressure myself.

I always have a good to fair experience at Valvoline but this time, the technicians looked a bit disorganized. They even forgot to put new oil in my car. I had to remind them to do that and to check my tires.
I was a little disappointed because they are usually not fast but at least, they do their tasks effectively.

Went in on a whim because I had some time to kill, and I'm glad I did! Got the same excellent service I get at the Valvoline closer to my home, and was pleasantly surprised that they had an air filter for my car right there too. It's quick, friendly, and easy, and I'm always glad I didn't go somewhere else!

replaced cabin filter. They reported that they didn't have one for my VW in stock. I bought one down the street at Advanced auto parts. (Less than their charge). They installed it for just $20.An overall savings of %40 over what they would have charged. No problem doing it either.

Great service served with a few great personalities. The staff was a hoot. Not going to lie - they are definitely trained to upsell you. That is their job. However, they made it quick and easy, I left with a smile and fresh engine oil. You are paying for the service, not necessarily the oil (and wipers), and that is exactly what made it worth the $110. I would consider it again.

Have never done a drive threw service for oil before but I must say this first experience was great. Guy who was helping me explained everything he was doing and checked my cabin air filter and found a mouse nest or something and that was why my car had some kind of smell I could never figure out how to get rid of it. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Had an oil change on a Saturday and shortly after I had a leak! My low pressure oil light came on. I went to another oil change facility and they said I jad a very bad oil leak and they wouldn't touch it. I went back to midas on Monday the district manager was there he acknowledged the issue and fix it at no charge .

I like the quick and efficient service. Went in for an oil check because of the highway driving that I was doing. In the mean time, I asked if Valvoline changed wipers, the reply was yes. So, the service technician replaced the front and not the back wipers of my 2009 forester, I was never asked if I wanted the back changed, and now they have to be replace. Maybe to quick?

Guys were very nice and thorough when it came down to telling me the things that were wrong with my car. Instead of making me feel forced and like the problems had to be fixed right away they were patient and understood that I could not fix everything at that time. Overall just very kind.
