I originally went there for a little over oil change and had no idea that there were a few issues that needed to be addressed, so with the nice tech told me and showed me and I had it taken care of right away! Service is always great, however, could have used a bit better management getting through the lines. Was only there for an oil change, but waited 40 minutes behind 2 other vehicles that were going through more extensive service. Would have been nice to have been placed in another line where cars that were being serviced only needed oil changes as well.

I originally left a very negative review because after getting my tires rotated my front end sounded terrible. Turns out it was because the tires that were rotated to the front had slight defects causing loud noise. Wasn't Valvoline fault although when I brought it back to have them look at it I wish they had found what the issue was so I wouldn't need to go somewhere else to figure it out.

All of the guys run efficiently. They had trouble removing one of the skid plate screws to be able to do my oil change, but were able to leave it in and work around it. They almost forgot to replace my engine cover at the end, but chased me down before i pulled out completely
