Technician ignored simple, easy to use oil filter cover and removed ENTIRE VEHICLE BELLY PAN. Then dropped oil filter into belly pan filling it with used oil. Then, reinstalled oil covered belly pan with missing and loose hardware. I had to return to shop and have missing hardware replaced after discovering the shoddy and unacceptable job.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure that I knew all the different options I had available if needed. ie wipers, air filters, tire pressure, different oils, belts, tire rotations and battery checks. I'm sure there are more but this is what I was told.

Oil change, washer fluid filled, wanted tires rotated but not able to get it done. Hopefully all my lights and turn signals work correctly, and hopefully my wiper blades aren't damaged. Went to Phillips 66 in New London Mo and Kevin helped me get it done and found a nail in my tire and fixed it.

Before waiting , 20 minutes fella is now trying to remove my vehicle skid plate. Hello you just open a plastic access door and use a 17 mm and drain the oil. Needless to say staff not trained enough to use common sense to find an oil plug. And was denied oil change service. Rolling around on the concrete wasn't great for me at all .
