Techs were great, professional and helpful but it was 2hrs from the time I got in line to the time they were able to start service. They had one bay down, so thats likely the reason. The call center was grossly inaccurate when I called prior to getting in line, stating it was a 20min wait.. Guys were great though once service finally began.

Very rude . I asked them why they didnt check my lights and blinkers? I was told its not part of my service. Hmm its said to say Ive been coming to this location for years . I will be shopping around to take my vehicle. Wondering what else they didn't finish

Great service. Seemed interested in providing good service. Unable to get replacement rear brake light to work. Removed and not charged. Informed me of Valvoline website $5 coupon (I asked if any were available.). Gave me $5 off on air filter also. Got my warning lights off. Oil change light has stayed off but Trac off, ABS, and service engine soon light stayed on.

Great service. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They offered bonus services but did not try to force me to get them done that very day. I was supplied with a print out of their other services so I could look them over n my own time. I will recommend this location.

The Honda Pilot manual recommends 7500 miles or 12 months between oil changes when using the specified synthetic blend. Valvoline misleads their customers to believe that oil changes must occur at 3000 miles or 3 months, which is good for their business but disingenuous at best toward their customers. When asked to correct the sticker, the Valvoline team member made it seem onerous to my wife who then declined to hold them to their duty.

We understand your concern. Our stickers currently default at 3000 miles to ensure your vehicle is maintained at its optimal level. We recommend that you follow your manufacturers' recommendation when it comes to oil change intervals.
