They will lie to your face if you're female. If you express concerns they'll say they took care of you but did not. Cannot reccomend this location. I was polite, patient, had my manual and asked questions. In return I got nothing and have to take my car into another place for fluid work.

I go to this location regularly with both of our vehicles and have not had problems before, but this particular visit was poor. The location was supposed to open at 8 AM, but it did not open until 8:12 AM while there were multiple cars waiting in line. There were also some computers issues that occurred while I was there.

They are always so nice there. It's amazing the consistency of the Customer Service and the gentleman. I wish I could remember his name offered to put a part back on my car that the last oil change company broke. I've always gone to Valvoline with three of my cars and decided to try something new and it was a disaster so I'll Valvoline from now on

I was a little disappointed in the time it took. No one attempted to keep me updated as to what was happening unlike my previous visits. I guess maybe this was the exception to your policy and I will overlook it this time. I have in the past been very satisfied and I will be back.

Handled efficiently, in and out in about 20 minutes. They checked everything. Great service. I have been coming to Valvoline because of the level of service and time to accomplish. If I go to a dealer, I will have to make an appointment day ahead of time then sit in a waiting room for an hour and a half. Valvoline is much quicker.
