There is always new staff at this Gastonia location Valvoline. I have been coming here over 10 years. I used my Groupon for oil change. It was nice to come.in and get a oil change and out.

Took vehicle in for a brake leak. Stated it was a brake caliper leaking. Over priced the part to change the caliper and a few days later still leaking. Took vehicle back and stated it was the brake hose. $500 later and still leaking.

Paid for a full service. First tech tries to tell me there was no anti freeze in overflow and that there was oxidation in cap.( Tried selling me a service for it). They never filled washer fluid or fiilled two tires that were low. On the bill it stated they checked everything. And the overflowed had fluid in it when I checked later and there was NO oxidation.

The guy'stook very good care of my car and checked with me before replacing wipers and adding fluids that need to be added due to low levels. I had an oil change and Inspection and it was done in a timely maner. They did a great job and I would recoment valvoline to anyone who need car care.

Twice the price, then most other places around but, did get it done in like 15 min, so saved time. Would have went somehwere else but needed oil change short notice before a trip. They charge $114, and mine usual runs $60 for a change with full synthetic .
