The tech was very discombobulated and seemed very confused. She couldn't remove the glove box to check the air filter, she entered the incorrect mileage for the new window sticker and then had to write it in marker - couldn't she have printed and updated sticker. Then she had no idea how to reset the service message. Perhaps she can benefit from retraining.

They were nice, but there were about 12 people in two bays and they seemed very disorganized. They had trouble getting my lugs off, and some of them are pretty torn up after the tire rotation. I waited about an hour and a half before I even entered the bay, and there were only two cars in front of me when I got in line. They kept things clean, and they were kind, but for whatever reason they were moving super slow that day.

The staff and facilities were terrific. They gave prompt, courteous and professional advice and service. They did not try to upcharge me for anything and My oil change was completed in no time. I highly recommend this facility. A shout out to the entire crew. Thank you!

The technicians were efficient, and provided the extras such as checking the tire air pressure and filling tires with the appropriate amount of air. They even removed debris's from under the air filter that was hidden there by local wild life!
