This place is awesome! They check everything and explain it to me and they always point out future maintenance that I need to do! As a single female who drives thousands of miles a week for work, I really appreciate the extra care they exhibit to make sure my vehicle is safe! Oh and did I mention super fast!! Like really fast!!! I often do this on my 30 minute lunch!

The line on a Friday was very long . But the technicians were on top of everything. I had my oil changed in about a hour . Since there were about five cars ahead of me . But once they started my oil change it went pretty quick . I would suggest to go during the beginning or middle of the week . But if you don't mind waiting they will take care of you .

I had a service engine soon issue and had zero help with it.. I also paid for a new serpentine belt 6 months ago and it says I still needed it fixed on my car report when I had an oil change a few weeks ago I just need help or a point in the right direction at least so my car will operate

I asked them before they even started if they had an oil filter for my car. The filter for my car is hard to get in this area. He said, without checking, that they did. After getting ten minutes into it he had to come and tell me they didn't have my filter...

Technicans friendly and inform you what the procedures are , great team work all around , only thing I feel bad is that there is no air conditioning, they have to work in what ever heat it is outside, perhaps the company can come up with something to keep technicans happy to keep customers happy at the same time

It was fast but they charged me for one air filter, but they didn't change any air filters.My car has two air filters. I called the manager after 4 days , he looked at the camera and found that it was micommunication between the employees. The manger told me he will refund the cost of air filter and I will get refund after 7 days .

Had to bring back because oil was leaking all over garage when I brought it back they stated oil had leaked into pan and was dripping over . They were sorry but took extra time to bring back and now I have oil drips all over my garage and they didnt offer a discount or anything on next oil change.

You pull up in to the bay yourself. Oil change is done while you STAY in your vehicle.
From start to finish, I timed how long it would take. And to my COMPLETE AMAZEMENT/SHOCK... I was in/out in 9mins 37seconds!!!

I went for a oil change and It was good until they said I needed a transmission flush and I agreed to have it done. I sat there for a very long time while I thought that they were doing the transmission flush, only to tell me after about 30 mins that they couldn't do it. It was a little annoying because they offered to do it and I sat there for a additional 30 to 40 mins just for them to tell me, sorry we can't do it
