From the moment I arrived at the lube shop, I was treated horribly. The oil change technician talked to me like I was an idiot, was rude, and rolled her eyes at me when I responded. I will never go to this business again and I will inform people I know not to go there. Sheer disrespect.

I was on my way to bearizona from Scottsdale Az, I noticed that I reached my mileage on my oil change so I made a detour to Flagstaff to have my vehicle serviced there was a line for oil service but I didn't mind when it was my turn to have my car serviced it was very timely and quick I also had them do a transmission service the staff is also curious and have excellent customer service explaining what they are going to do and recommendations on what needs to be done they never disappoint me
