I am not real thrilled with the suction of the oil out of the engine as compared to removing the oil drain plug and draining more of the old oil out.

Thank you for your honest review, Nick. Our evac system is a safe, clean, and efficient way to drain oil, reducing time, wear & tear on the drain plug, spills, and leaks. It automatically stops when the oil pan is empty. Manual draining is also available upon request, provided it can be done safely. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you in the future!

The guys were nice enough but I had to ask them to check tires, lights and several other of the 18 point checks they advertise. Then I had to come back because they forgot to fill my windshield washer.

good experience overall. I wanted to get my tires rotated and their lifts were not working. I wish I would have known that before they started the oil change. I probably would have gone to another place to get it all done at one time. I had to go to another place which was an inconvenience.

The manager tried to make up for the mistake made in my previous experience with the oil filter not being tightened properly. I am very disappointed that nothing could be done to compensate me for the potential oil leak in my driveway and the massive clean up that had to be done on my part.

I have been visiting this place for 4 years but not coming back now onwards.
In this visit they told me they were not able to open the screws for oil change and refused to do oil change.
I went to other location and they changed oil without any problem. They mentioned there was no problem with screws.
This doubts me the ability of staff working here now and unknown reason for refusal of service.

Disappointed in service. Could not get tires rotated as tool was broken.Tech did not remove the air filter, he said he could tell it was cleanwithout removing. Air was never put in my tires even though they said on the receipt it was. When I left I went to Belle Tire due to the warning light saying low tire pressure. Never had me start the car and show me that the oil was full. I have been to this shop before but doubt I will return.

Service was adequate but they had to replace the bolts that came loose because they werent properly tightened from the previous oil change. My daughter had the same thing happen & parts were dragging on the road! Extremely inconvenient as I had to use zip ties & rope to lift it off the road & they didnt offer any discount for my delays & inconvenience.
