The waiting time was reasonable and the Service was excellent. Oil change and radiator fluid replacement. The Assistant Mgr remembered me when I had my car serviced at the Valvoline in Springfield. I also appreciated the $25.00 coupon that was available for the synthetic oil change.

These guys are always pros. Everything is in stock, they don't try to pressure me into extra sales or anything (but they do have to recommend per company policy), and I'm always in and out of there in 30-45 minutes (depending on the line).

I always go to this location for my oil change. Theay are not pushy on getting all the extras, but they do point out what maintenance needs to be done in the near future. Great place and great people.

Excellent service!
I had requested a vehicle for a courtesy and safety inspection and at no charge. They even checked my transaxle and told me that my right front half has looseness feel to it without any charge. They go beyond my expectations and I highly recommend this service on 3804 W. 11th Ave. Eugene, Oregon.

Love these guys for the oil change - fast and friendly! I do have to say, however, that they rarely have the air filter in stock for my Nissan Frontier, which I figure would be pretty basic since there's a ton of these trucks on the road. It would be nice to get everything done in one go.

I find the total service on my Ford Focus quite satisfactory. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I didn't have to worry about driving off with "no oil" because they showed me the dipstick where the oil's level is at. Using Full Synthetic oil is the best decision I made for my car. It has almost 150,000 miles on it and with the complete oil service done on it, I can rely on Valvoline to do the job right!

I stopped by for an oil change. After all was done, on the way back home, I smelled oil, and when I arrived, an unpleasant surprise awaited me. The oil rod was not fully retracted, so the oil sprayed the entire engine compartment. Huge disappointment.

Extremely slow service, that wasn't realy a big deal....The real issue was more the fact that several of the workers were too busy in heavy personal conversation and on their cell phones to get much work done. Maybe I expect too much from customer service these days?

Very helpful and professional. I wanted to see what's wrong with my AC. When the service was checked, they said something about a compression valve needs to be replaced. I was told to take the car to an automotive shop. They even gave me their business card for me to call them.

The only constructive feedback I can give is the wait time could have been less, however, it was a Saturday afternoon. Otherwise, I was greeted and treated in a cordial and professional manner, received my oil change and he also alerted me I had a side marker bulb out so he replaced that in record time for a small fee, as well. Highly satisfied, overall, and I will be back in approximately 3000 miles.

The team was extremely considerate to our situation. They walked us through their operations and we were able to watch the whole thing. We were out in under 20 minutes and my son didn't even fuss! I also want to acknowledge that we bought a serpentine belt to replace ourselves but when they realized how bad ours was, they did it for us for no extra charge!!! We will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

Not particularly happy. They stripped my drain plug and tried to blame it on soft oil pan threads vs steel drain plug threads. They failed to see they were the last 3 oil changes there. Stripped threads are caused by not aligning properly and over tightening. They also wanted to replace my serpentine belt. Said it was cracked. Later inspection showed the belt was fine. They had a special going. Probably won't be going back.

The service was prompt and efficient. I was glad that they noticed that the "Front Differential" oil was very dirty. I would have not known if they hadn't checked it. So I requested to have it changed. When I left the shop, I noticed that the oil was smoking from my engine's compartment. I opened the hood and I had discovered that they spilled some of the oil on the back of the engine's compartment area. I was not happy about that to have to smell the oil burning each time I stop my car at the traffic light. They should be more careful on pouring oil to the front differential.
